Group homes for people with a disability ‘must be phased out to stop abuse’

Increasing reports of neglect and abuse fuel calls to phase out the practice of placing people with a disability together in group homes, as one support worker reveals that what she saw in the homes was so bad she ended up in a mental health unit.
